This two-day teaching improvement workshop is designed to enhance participants’ versatility as teachers, enable them to use a 7-component educational framework to analyze teaching, and provide a forum for collegial exchange about teaching. The workshop incorporates a variety of instructional methods including didactic presentations, group discussion, video vignette review, role-play and worksheet exercises, and personal goal setting.

- Communication of Goals
- Promotion of Understanding & Retention
- Evaluation of Learners
- Feedback to Learners
- Promotion of Self-Directed Learning
Atendance for both days is required.
