During this event, the Team for Inclusive Lab Environments (TILE), the Faculty Staff Help Center (FSHC), and the School of Medicine Ombudsperson will also be available to talk to you about resources and support currently available to Stanford postdocs -- so stop by to learn more!
TILE is a team of faculty and staff working to center the needs of students and postdocs in the training environment. This group serves as a central place that people can go to answer questions or seek assistance. Their goal is to provide individual support as well as to identify areas to improve in the graduate and postdoc training experience.
