Mentoring compacts are shared agreements between mentors and mentees to outline expectations and commitments to each other. Compacts are critical tools to establish new mentoring relationships.
In this workshop, we'll start writing our own mentor compacts through guided brainstorming, solo writing, and peer discussion. If you've already begun writing your own mentor compact as part of your Postdoc Mentoring Certificate Tier 2 certificate portfolio, we invite you to bring whatever you have written, even just a few bullet points. You'll have the opportunity to get a peer review on what you've written so far as part of the workshop.
