Dr. Michelle Bennett, Director, Center for Research Strategy at National Cancer Institute (NCI)

This workshop will introduce elements critical for effective team functioning, including vision, setting expectations, trust, managing conflict, and active listening strategies. You will also learn frameworks to help increase your understanding of the evolution of the team dynamic and how to set clear boundaries with team mates as well as to assess their own approach to conflict. This workshop is based on the NIH Collaboration and Team Science Field Guide (teamscience.nih.gov).
