Briefly review the research that shows a strong relationship between stress, happiness and health. Understand the mind/body link in the causes of  stress and stress management. Explore the prevailing definition of stress and how the mind and body are both implicated. Experience  moments of guided practice in stress management and walk away with tips for using these techniques on a regular basis.   Frederic Luskin, Ph.D., is the Director of the Stanford Forgiveness Projects as well as a Senior Consultant in Health Promotion at Stanford. He is the author of three best-selling books: Forgive for Good and Forgive for Love as well as Stress Free for Good.   He delivers workshops and seminars  throughout  the United States on forgiveness, emotional intelligence, stress management and happiness and is now doing the same at Stanford.
