How can you demonstrate to your mentee that you value their thoughts and concerns? Understanding your mentee's perspective and needs is crucial for effective mentoring. Active listening plays a vital role in this aspect as developing this skill can help strengthen your mentoring relationship.
During this session, we’ll identify effective strategies for improving communication, including how to give and receive feedback and engage in active listening.
