This session is designed to help mentors and mentees develop strategies to maintain a healthy balance between their mentoring responsibilities and personal well-being. Participants will engage in activities that foster connection, explore challenges to well-being, and learn practical techniques for managing stress, setting boundaries, and supporting one another.

The workshop will also introduce a range of well-being resources available at Stanford, ensuring that participants are equipped with the tools and support needed for a sustainable and fulfilling mentoring relationship. Through discussions, role play, and reflection, attendees will leave with actionable insights to enhance both their own well-being and that of their mentees.

Facilitators: Amanda Dudek and Samuel Montalvo, Postdoc Peer Mentoring Coaches

Mentoring Mondays are open to postdocs from all disciplines. Lunch will be provided.
