What do we mean by ‘diversity’? How can understanding your mentee’s unique, complex identity inform your mentoring? Confidently navigating equity and inclusion can benefit you and your research group.
In this workshop, postdocs will develop an awareness of their own complex identities and consider how identity impacts mentoring relationships.
