Join us for an interactive workshop on navigating one of the hardest conversations in academic science: money.
Through role-play and hands-on coaching, you'll build the language and confidence to discuss funding, salary, and resources with your current PI while preparing to lead these conversations transparently in your own future lab. Come ready to swap the awkwardness for actionable scripts that you can use right away.

Mentoring Lunches are open to postdocs from all disciplines. Lunch will be provided.
