How do you identify a great candidate through an unbiased lens?
In this session, we will learn strategies to i) read a CV and letter of recommendation without bias, and ii) write a letter of recommendation that accurately describes a candidate’s potential.
Facilitators: Edina Poletto and Joy McKenna, Postdoc Peer Mentoring Coaches.
Mentoring Lunches are open to postdocs from all disciplines. Lunch will be provided.
