In this interactive session, we will explore practical strategies for navigating and resolving conflicts within the lab.
Through engaging case studies and role-play activities, participants will practice tools for fostering open communication, addressing tensions constructively, and creating a collaborative, inclusive lab environment.
Facilitators: Michelle Miranda Vélez and Samuel Montalvo Hernandez, Postdoc Peer Mentoring Coaches.
Mentoring Lunches are open to postdocs from all disciplines. Lunch will be provided.
