Learn how to prioritize your schedule as a mentor by identifying and communicating your boundaries with mentees.
First, we will provide tools that you can use to identify and categorize your urgent and important goals using the Time Management Matrix. Then, we will provide techniques to effectively communicate your schedule to set boundaries and prioritize your schedule.

Mentoring Lunches are open to postdocs from all disciplines. Lunch will be provided.
