Mentoring compacts are written agreements that provide clear guidelines of the mentor's expectations and commitments to the training of their mentee.
In this session, we will learn how to create a mentoring compact that is both dynamic and specific to the working relationship of the mentor and their mentee. This workshop will also highlight work/life balance considerations for a more productive working relationship.
Facilitators: Joy McKenna and Amanda Dudek, Postdoc Peer Mentoring Coaches.
Mentoring Lunches are open to postdocs from all disciplines. Lunch will be provided.
