Openness and trust are essential to building healthy mentoring relationships. In this session, we will explore the leadership and management concept of psychological safety. 

Through interactive exercises, guided reflection, and case studies, you will learn to define psychological safety, understand why it matters, and identify strategies to foster it in your mentoring relationships. The discussions and activities in this session will help you develop greater self-awareness and equip you with practical tools to cultivate psychological safety in your current and future teams.

Mentoring Lunches are open to postdocs from all disciplines. Lunch will be provided.
