Unconscious bias is a universal issue that impacts the mentor/mentee relationships. In this workshop, we will define and recognize the different types of unconscious bias that can impact mentoring. We will learn strategies to proactively build empathy to recognize, reduce, and remove unconscious bias in mentoring relationships.
Please note: Participants will need to bring their laptops to this session.
