This session will discuss criteria for evaluating the performance of your mentees and explore effective strategies for recognizing and mitigating common evaluation biases.
We will emphasize the importance of having clear expectations at the beginning of the mentoring relationship and maintaining continuous communication and feedback. This session will also address the importance of mentor awareness of personal biases to promote transparency and fairness in the evaluation process.

Mentoring Lunches are open to postdocs from all disciplines. Lunch will be provided.
