Join us for a hands-on workshop that will prepare you for developing or revising a course to be taught at or beyond Stanford. You will be able to:

Apply course design principles focused on student learning
Analyze examples of Stanford syllabi
Develop student learning goals for a course of your choice
Are you developing a course proposal for a course in your department? Are you planning to prepare a syllabus for the academic job search? The ability to create an effective syllabus is critical to the success of courses your teach, your academic job search and your future academic position.   Bring a course idea or syllabus draft to the workshop (not required). 

Co-Sponsored by VPTL, OPA, and VPGE. Open to all graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and any other Stanford affiliates from any field.
