The good news is that you can learn from the examples you’ve seen (both good and bad) and those who are experts in organizational leadership. And with some intentionality, you can create a culture and environment in your lab that fosters inclusion and supports the success of each member of your group.
This workshop will focus on practical approaches to leading yourself and others, with work products including plans to create your desired lab culture and a start to drafting lab policies for mental health or other important topics.
