And with some intentionality, you can create a culture and environment in your lab that fosters inclusion and supports the success of each member of your group.
This workshop will focus on practical approaches to leading yourself and others, with work products including plans to create your desired lab culture and a start to drafting lab policies for mental health or other important topics.
