We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral scholar to join our translational imaging laboratory at Stanford University. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering—biomedical, electrical, or mechanical—with expertise in optics, imaging systems, or device development. Our research focuses on advancing molecular and spectroscopic imaging technologies for clinical applications in otolaryngology, with projects spanning shortwave infrared (SWIR) imaging, Raman spectroscopy, and novel fluorescence probes. The postdoc will play a key role in designing and optimizing imaging devices, integrating hardware and software, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and basic scientists. Candidates with experience in prototyping, optical instrumentation, image processing, or translational device development are particularly encouraged to apply.
