No. The expected base pay for this position is the Stanford University required minimum for all postdoctoral scholars appointed through the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs. The FY27 minimum is $79, 056.
The Park Lab in the Department of Neurosurgery at Stanford School of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join our research group and lead interdisciplinary projects using advanced 3D in vitro models to investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying cancer metastasis.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop and apply 3D cell culture and organ-on-a-chip models to study tumor–microenvironment interactions and metastatic progression, with the goal of identifying mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets involved in cancer metastasis.
Required Qualifications:
- Applicants should hold a PhD or MD/PhD in cancer biology, molecular and cellular biology, biomedical engineering, bioengineering, or a related field.
- Strong training and research experience in cancer biology, particularly in cancer metastasis, tumor–microenvironment interactions, or related areas, is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with 3D cell culture, tissue engineering, or organ-on-a-chip technologies is beneficial but not required.
