As Senior Program Manager for Learning & Development, Rashmi Moran plays a key role in the development, communication, and implementation of OPA’s professional and personal development trainings for all postdocs. Rashmi also conducts outreach and collaborates with other departments on campus to expand postdoc program offerings. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
