
Josh Rebello (he/him/él) serves as the Program Manager for Fellowships and Strategic Projects in the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA), managing the Propel Postdoctoral Program through the Stanford School of Medicine. Josh works with Stanford faculty, staff, and community partners to recruit outstanding scientists as Propel scholars, train scholars to be future faculty leaders, and create a culture and community of belonging.
Josh’s career is focused on physical and ideological structures which broadly impact health. His experience includes several years managing programs in the health field and working on university campuses to support inclusion, equity, and belonging. Josh’s aim is to develop and manage programs which incorporate equity and access into the everyday processes and policies.
Josh is a Bay Area native who earned his BS from San José State University and MPA from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, cooking/baking, reading, golf, rock climbing, and walks with his dog.
