This event is part of series:
Have you ever wanted to share feedback with someone but held back because you were afraid of hurting your relationship? Have you ever shied away from asking for feedback because you were afraid of what you might hear?
Giving and receiving feedback can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be unkind. Feedback is not about making someone feel good or bad, but rather coaching them to be better at what they do. Being able to offer feedback that is both kind and candid is especially important if you are in a position of leadership, but you may not have been trained on how to do this well.
This workshop will offer practical tips for giving and receiving feedback and will discuss how to manage power imbalances in this context.
