To advance diversity, equity, and inclusion, universities and employers now often request diversity statements from potential postdocs, fellows, and employees. This workshop aims to introduce the concept of a diversity statement, allowing participants to reflect on their understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Attendees will gain practical tips for crafting their own statements during the session.
