The Mignot lab (mignotlab.com) studies autoimmune neurological diseases with a focus on immunogenetics and functional autoimmunity. Our projects focus on diseases including, but not limited to, Narcolepsy, Alzheimer's Disease, autoimmune encephalitis and other neurodegenerative diseases. We are specifically interested in employing state-of-the-art immunological assays and single-cell sequencing technologies to characterise immune cell involvement and function in (auto)immune processes in these conditions. We are looking to hire postdoctoral fellows that can both independently pursue these projects and also lead a team of research assistants and graduate students in this work. A wide array of applicants will be considered.
- We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow with experience in basic immunological research notably T cell, B cell and/or single cell sequencing, tetramer or equivalent.
- Candidates must have strong wet lab experience in conducting cell based immunology.
