Verifications require:

Name of the Postdoc

Appointment dates at Stanford

Authorization to Release Information form, signed by the postdoc:
Verification Request Form.
Allow 30 days for processing. Do not send multiple requests for the same verification; this creates processing delays.

Home/Auto Loans: Contact your postdoc admin, not OPA.
OPA cannot process verifications for Stanford Medicine Hospital programs, Lucille Packard Children's Hospital programs, HHMI, SLAC, or employment.
