Completion of the Fellowship

If requested by the sponsoring department, a certificate of completion will be issued to the scholar upon completion of training. A Postdoctoral Scholar Change Form (completed by the department administrator) can indicate the research specialty to be printed on the certificate. The scholar also needs to ensure that the Change Form has a current address where the certificate should be sent. The home department forwards the certificate directly to the scholar after obtaining relevant signatures.
