Many one-time and regular workshops are offered to postdoctoral scholars at Stanford through the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, career services and the Stanford University Libraries.  Lane Library has a long list of workshops covering areas of bioresearch, biostatistics, information management, presentation skills and writing skills.
